Brilliant service from Mike today. Thank you

We didn’t reach out to Millbrook Recovery directly, however, we were experiencing a flat battery and were trying to push the car down the road. One of the team named Ant passed us and quickly offered his services with a quick battery jump, he was very friendly and offered us his card for any possible future issues. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I had to make a call to the AA yesterday evening as the hire car (Toyota Corolla Hybrid) my stepson is using (whilst his is in for repair) decided to not want to start outside the local gym. I sat in the car to wait for assistance. Had a text from the AA to say Millbrook Recovery would be attending at about 7:55pm.
Just after 7:30pm the recovery truck pulled up. First thing I asked was if the car was going on the back of the truck!!
The lovely young man Andrew who was on call told me no, and that he was going to get the car started there. He showed me and explained exactly what he was doing, and with the help of a 12v battery charging tool got the car running.
Andrew told me to take the car for a drive for about half hour to ensure the battery was fully recharged.
So a big thank you to the very polite, professional, informative, very pleasant Andrew at Millbrook Recovery! Your help was very much appreciated!
