I would like to thank Phil for coming out to my house today and resolving the issue with my car. Great service 👍🏻

I had to make a call to the AA yesterday evening as the hire car (Toyota Corolla Hybrid) my stepson is using (whilst his is in for repair) decided to not want to start outside the local gym. I sat in the car to wait for assistance. Had a text from the AA to say Millbrook Recovery would be attending at about 7:55pm.
Just after 7:30pm the recovery truck pulled up. First thing I asked was if the car was going on the back of the truck!!
The lovely young man Andrew who was on call told me no, and that he was going to get the car started there. He showed me and explained exactly what he was doing, and with the help of a 12v battery charging tool got the car running.
Andrew told me to take the car for a drive for about half hour to ensure the battery was fully recharged.
So a big thank you to the very polite, professional, informative, very pleasant Andrew at Millbrook Recovery! Your help was very much appreciated!

Fantastic service Had to be recovered yesterday. Gentleman was very friendly and professional. I have been driving 15 years and I have never had recovery turn up on time let alone 20 minutes earlier than estimated. Absolutely fantastic service. Next time I need to call Green Flag for recovery I hope they get Milbrook out to me.
