Fabulous service tonight from Gary. Saved me a lot of time and solved the problem. An asset to your team

Broke down on the last day of my holdiay (Friday!). Called GEM rescue and they sent Tony from Millbrook. Top gent. Called to say how long he’d be – and was. Identified the issue and got us going with a temporary fix which got us from Camarthen to home in Northamptonshire. I cannot praise this guy enough. Really helpful. Thanks to him we got back to see Castle Coch on the way home. Many many thanks.

Having been severely let down by the AA via Audi Assist; having been advised an hour ( we were marooned on the M4, allegedly a priority ) but then left 90 minutes; then left with150 minutes wait freezing cold, Thank heavens for Colin. The latter is a credit to his company and should be given fellowship of the Samarathins! Recognising our advanced years and my wife s asthma, He was SPEED but safety concious; courteous , friendly and nothing too much trouble, He along with a warm Cabin, was a lifesaver.
